I’m so excited to partner with Child Legacy International on my FIRST Clean Water Climb! I’ve had opportunities in the past to help drill water wells in villages that desperately needed clean drinking water. My heart has been broken seeing so many of our brothers and sisters without clean, safe, water – something we often take for granted. To be able to support new water wells in Malawi and bring awareness to the global water crisis is an opportunity I’m grateful for.

I’m looking forward to hiking the beautiful (and tall) Mt. Massive in Colorado and I can’t hike alone. Luckily I have some of my best friends hiking with me but I also want to take YOU with me!

Even if you can’t hike Mount Massive with us, you can support our hike in 2 very important ways. First, is by praying for this hike: for safety, for strength, for endurance. Second, our team is  raising financial support for water wells in Malawi to meet the immediate needs of those without safe drinking water.

A well repair costs $1,250. That helps on average about 2,000 people! My fundraising goal is $2,500, enough to repair 2 water wells. Every single dollar raised goes directly to repairing water wells, nothing else.

Child Legacy International has already had an amazing impact on Malawi – they even got a thank you letter from the President of Malawi!

Consider joining us on this journey by supporting this hike and water for our friends in Malawi! I can’t wait to share stories when I return.
