My name is Chris Johnson. My loving wife Jennifer and I moved to the Woodlands area about 3 years ago. We have a beautiful, blended family that includes 3 wonderful daughters. We love our Church Project – Woodlands home and enjoy actively serving our God through CP ministry partners such as Hope Beyond Bridges, Mercy House Global and mobile food distributions with Montgomery County Food Bank.
I am excited to join a team of other men in a new way to serve by participating in the 2021 Colorado Clean Water Climb. Our goal is to raise money through Child Legacy International, a global partner of CP. We will be climbing Mt Harvard, which is the 4th largest summit in the US at 14,421 ft.
Our climb is dedicated to raise money and awareness for the people of Malawi, Africa and help them gain access to clean water. Malawi is one of the poorest and least-developed countries in the world. My wife and I are covering my expenses for the travel and climb, allowing for all money raised to go directly to building and repairing water wells in Malawi. All donations are tax-deductible through this link and each well repair costs $1250. Please consider donating any amount through my page link.
