Jason Shepperd is the lead pastor of Church Project in The Woodlands, TX, which he planted in 2010.  Church Project started in 2010 with a small group of people, and has grown to a a few thousand people who are on mission together. Church Project gives away much of it’s financial and people resources to local and global ministries, gathers in organic communities called House Churches, and leads other churches to return to the original Biblical model of following Christ individually and corporately.

Jason and his wife Brooke live in The Woodlands, TX area with their children. Jason has traveled to many countries, and five continents, mostly to provide material assistance to impoverished areas, and spiritual encouragement to local churches.

Jason has been a fan of the passion of Mike Navolio, an advocate of the Clean Water Climb and Child Legacy for years, and Church Project is a supporter and believer in the work and mission of Child Legacy in Malawi. Jason has also joined climbs in Kilimanjaro, Macchu Picchu, and a previous Everest Base Camp trip. Jason is excited to be a part of another Clean Water Climb to help highlight spiritual moments and opportunities throughout the climb, to build a journal that will support climbers on all future climbs, and to raise funds to provide clean water in Malawi.
