When you have talked about something for 10 years, you need to finally stop talking about it and do it. That is why I am climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro this year and more importantly raising money for Child Legacy. I met Mike over 10 years ago and have thought about going on this trip every year. Finally, I have decided to stop talking about it and do it.
I have been married for 25 years this year, father of 3 children (2 girls/1 boy) and a 6th grade Language Arts/Social Studies teacher for the last 19 years. I live in Aurora, IL and my church is Harvest Bible Chapel. Each summer I lead a summer camp called Outdoor Adventure for kids to enjoy being outdoors and doing physical activities. I can’t wait to go to Africa, help build wells, and tell others about how great having Jesus as a personal savior can be.
